Piano MIDI BLE USB App is available on Google Play Store, Easy and Smart MIDI Connections is a free Android application that supports the standard General MIDI protocol and allows an Android device (Smartphone, Tablet or Smart TV) to connect with an external MIDI device (digital piano or Electronic Musical Instrument) via Midi Bluetooth or directly via an OTG USB. You can use the Android device as a Midi Player, Midi Recorder, Midi Monitor, Midi Controller or Music Keyboard.
How to connect an instrument via MIDI to the Android device? With Piano MIDI BLE USB is very simple:
• If the keyboard or digital piano has a Bluetooth Midi connection you can connect directly to an Android device via Bluetooth, no cables are needed.
• If your keyboard or piano has a MIDI port, you need a converter cable from MIDI DIN to USB-A and an OTG adapter from USB-A to Micro USB OTG or to USB C OTG depending on your device. • If the keyboard or Piano has a USB-B port, a USB-B / USB-A cable and an USB A to Micro USB OTG or USB C OTG OTG adapter are required depending on your device.
